WE'RE ALMOST HALF WAY INTO THE QUARTER AND MY BRAIN IS CONSTANTLY HURTING
But here are some pics from a class you guys might think is intersting, this is one of 7 classes lol. Anyway this is my Meat science lab, not necessarily just butchering but also we learn about processes meat has to go through to get onto the market, the cuts of meats, and microbiology/chemistry stuff that deal with meat.
Here are pics from the other day we made the cuts of pork from half a pig. the meat is usually sold to a buyer or is sold at the farm store.

ahh. gotta love those 19/20 unit semesters... that is one great thing about grad school, they cap you at 4 classes.
