I know a lot of ideas for this day were thrown out but I ended up chillin' with the big brother and my soon to be sister in law; his fiance. Anyway she's from the ATL she was down to visit so I wanted to spend time with her. We went on a bike ride from midcity LA to Venice Beach to Santa Monica. Fun seeing random stuff, eating food, getting kicked out of places and watchin movies as well as riding.





& o yeah seeing Julio's hyperdunks... SHEESH

So where has steph been lately....

Hmmmm.... where have you been is the question? I haven't heard from HEEEEEEEEEELLLLA folks in hella days but no worries do your thangy thangs my loves....


I've been doing the school thing and I've been gettin the response lately... "why?! it's summer..."

Here goes the break down of why I have to torture myself and sacrifice my summer (which actually doesn't feel like one anymore since I've been doing this for a few years now) anyway.... those of you in school right now might be enduring the same fucked up reprocussions of the state budget cuts... limited classes, increase in class sizes and raise of tuition. It's been mad competitive to just get into class, especially many of mine go in a series... example i have to take class A in order to take class B usually my classes are in a series of 3 so it is a bitch to try to register into a class but you can't right... usually 40 people try to sit into my organic chemistry class but yeah that's why I'm in summer school.... plus I am trying to graduate undergrad next spring!

ok I guess that was my school rant... but I think you guys get a better understanding of what I'm doing now? maybe? Well I hope so...


Anyway despite that shit I've been tryin to get my bike back to shape & hurray new crank!

I got to hang out with my filanegros for a little on thursday night! straight PLP in pasadena till about 1am ahahaha

Yeah I've been lazy...

Because I DID go to EDC (electric daisy Carnival) two weekends ago, it was a fun great first massive for me but... I'll stick to the warehouse raves if anything. Besides I'm more about the music if anything with rave culture although I am kinda bummed that I didn't go see diesel boy when he was performing. I've been laggin and being fairly lazy to upload the videos from EDC but I'll just say ask me for the stories and enjoy the view of 65,000 people in one spot.

I hung out with mr. burriel twice last weekend. Basically from being the two kids on the bus in 7th grade detention to become close friends in highschool and some how splitting our ways after.... we'll funny long story short he's been living in long beach all these years (while no one knew where he was while others thought he was dead) and we finally in 4 years hung out in southern california.

anyway... its monday... I hope no ones having the case of mondays :)

BACK-PACK Fantastic SHOW ZERO

So here is the deal, this is the Show Zero of Back-Pack Fantastic by Ramsey and Danilo, at Cal Poly Pomona. They're starting Back-Pack fantastic for Cal Poly Pomona's podcast radio. Ramsey and Danilo are both students attending Cal Poly Pomona and are engineer majors. They wanted to keep things true hip hop and take it back, BACK-PACK, they did this first show straight grimey in the Village apartments/dorms which ever you'd like to call it, straight with 1 CDJ and this is hilarious, a ROCKBAND microphone. For those of you reading this and might be confused with what I just said, "ROCKBAND," yes I mean ROCKBAND the video game. It's that raw low quality hip hop just like those old Wu Tang albums where RZA made the beats from his room. Anyway here is the their first show, have fun enjoy and feel free to give feedback on the show.

Festivities of the Weekend Before Spring Finals

So... this quarter has basically taken it's toll on me, From my birthday to taking the 1st of 3 Organic Chemistrys AGAIN, Loving Microbiology lab, endless Noise Academy Events, & of course my stepping down from my position in Session A.

It's been a long fuckin' quarter, I decided to take an entire day off from school, physically and mentally. Saturday was the shit, I basically spend the whole day with Pro [catiq] & Rams. Starting the day off with a first time trip to Frank & Sons... all I can say is WOW! Comicon shopping down the street are you shitting me?!?! That place is the shit!!

Thanks for the frozen yogurt too bad there wasn't any Ube :(


Then we were off to the Grand Tournament Sumo match! Talk about THE SHIT!! These fools were crazy and it was way fuckin dope! Another thing to add to the dopeness of the sumo match was everyone in our section was drunk, betting, and yelling! Yesss!!!!

















Then to fill our bellys at Manna in LA for the 2nd night in a row for me fuck... talk about fat!

O... yeah, so we started this thing about "what if I dated the most fobby dude in the world" and all the guys are having a field day about this we seen a dude at Manna was true Kpop status, his jacket didn't even look like it could fit me, his hair was crazt dyed, he had the rhinestone trucker hat, but most of all his bedazzled out belt tripped me out, to ramsey this guy was perfect for me ahaha, this is another recommendation they've given me... sheesh! All of you guys are mean to me!




Lastly off to Senses in Pasadena, I wasn't smashed like I intended to be but it was great seein everyone who came out to till. Lots of convos, bunch of loudness, but was definitely in the need of more drinking!

The Last Session [A] & Jack & Woody's Wedding Weekend

I have no idea where to begin with this...

Anyway.. May 15th was the last Session [A] for the '07-'08 school year. The line up was pretty crazy.. exactly the way I wanted it. The year started off with Blue & Exile then winter quarter has GASLAMP KILLER & DJ HOUSE SHOES & I wanted to end the year off right with PEOPLE UNDER THE STAIRS, CROWN CITY ROCKERS, GIANT PANDA, & SPEAK.


There were a few reasons why I did this.. 1) me stepping down from my head of Session A position 2) bring Session A back to its prime 3) Chris has been wanting P.U.T.S haha

But yes other than me leaving my position for Session A so was Mr. Ramsey (buffguy). The show was dope with a great turn out of about 700. It was great to have all the people in charge of Session A from past to present. The family is continuing to grow.

Someone asked me "why leave now, when you've got it in a great position?" & "was it all worth it?" Of course it was worth it, cmon Session A is the reason why I stayed in Southern Cali. I've met many people, learned a lot, and experienced things no one ever would believe, the pre-vet student in the concert world. It has been an honor to work and meet such great people (& fuck u guys laughin at me get sentimental) haha but forreal since I don't necessarily have family out here, the hommies, and the Session A crew are my family.

I'm happy to say that I'm handing Session A to Chris, who I believe will take it to new heights. So everyone watch out for this kid.



After the show and once we got everything cleaned up the crew headed to a local spot to catch dinner which is always hilarious! From serious talks to shit talking and endless jokes.

It just sucked since I had an organic Chemistry quiz the next morning but I didn't care to wing it on being highly satisfied with Session A. After that class I was off to Stockton (DRIVING!) for Jack & Woody's weekend since I was apart of the bridal party.

Waking up at 3am gettin my ass to the hotel @ 4am since the MAID OF HONORS told me to be there ON THE DOT, once i get there everyones still knocked out. So of course I wasn't gonna have that and happy to see them all I WOKE or at least attempted to wake them up from jumping on the bed and even rolling around and laying on heath yet she still managed to stay asleep hahaha.

Overall it was one of the best weddings I've been in and attended. One of my closest cousins I've grown up with, gone to school with and lived with. I still can't believe it but I'm happy for her and Woody because Woody has been family since day one its great to say it officially. But yea it was a great mess of fun from drunk cousins, aunts & uncles, photo booths, & golf courses.
